Wahran Transport - Data Deletion

Wahran Transport does not provide user accounts.
Delete data stored on your device
Favorites, saved addresses, preferences and recent trips are stored locally on your device.
You can delete this data by:
- Clearing Wahran Transport's storage in Android settings, or
- Uninstalling Wahran Transport.
Request deletion of submitted data
To request deletion of a stop verification report or written feedback, contact:

Please include:
- App name: Wahran Transport
- Request type: Data deletion
- The approximate date of submission
- The stop concerned
- The message or report that was submitted
Data that can be deleted
- Stop verification reports that can be identified
- Written feedback that can be identified from the details provided
Anonymous data
Anonymous analytics and technical counters do not contain an account, advertising ID, Android ID or persistent installation identifier.
Wahran Transport therefore cannot normally identify and selectively delete a particular user's anonymous records.
Data that may be retained
- Anonymous aggregated statistics that cannot identify a user
- Limited technical and security records required to protect and operate the service
- Information that must be retained to comply with legal obligations
Processing time
Identifiable deletion requests are normally reviewed and processed within 30 days.
